Accessibility Statement

At mai.korea, we want our website to feel open, clear, and easy to explore. We are committed to making our content as accessible as possible so that more readers can discover Korean culture in a comfortable and thoughtful way.

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This helps us build a site that is readable, navigable, and usable across different devices and assistive technologies.

To support accessibility, we try to keep the site simple and consistent in structure, use readable typography, maintain clear colour contrast, and write in plain language wherever possible. We also aim to add alternative text to meaningful images and review older content over time. We know that accessibility is an ongoing process. Some older pages, images, or embedded content may not yet be fully accessible, and we are continuing to improve these areas as the site grows.

If you experience any difficulty using the site, or if you would like content in a different format, please contact us at [hello@maikorea.uk]. We will do our best to respond promptly and support your access to the information you need.

This statement was last updated on 1 July 2026. We review it regularly and update it when needed.
